The World Rock Paper Scissors Association (WRPSA) provides tournaments, memberships, products, and online services. By using WRPSA websites, apps, events, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Certain tournaments or membership tiers may have higher age or residency requirements, which will be stated at registration.

• Paid membership fees support tournaments and community growth.
• Membership benefits are listed on our website and may change over time.

3. Tournaments and Events

• Registration is required to participate in WRPSA-sanctioned events.
• Players must follow all published tournament rules, including fair play and code of conduct.
• WRPSA may adjust brackets, schedules, or rankings as needed to ensure fair competition.
• WRPSA is not responsible for travel costs, injuries, or losses related to participation.
• WRPSA decisions regarding results, rankings, and awards are final.

4. Rankings and ELO System

• Rankings are calculated based on tournament performance using the WRPSA ELO system.
• Any attempt to manipulate rankings through unsportsmanlike behavior may result in suspension or account removal.

5. eCommerce and Merchandise

• Products purchased through WRPSA’s shop are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.
• WRPSA may limit quantities or refuse orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members, players, or officials.
• Cheat, exploit, or interfere with tournaments or online systems.
• Post offensive or illegal content on WRPSA platforms.
• Use WRPSA branding or logos without written permission.

Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or permanent ban.

7. Intellectual Property

• WRPSA logos, branding, tournament materials, and digital content are owned by WRPSA.
