RPS Local pairs two nearby players on separate phones or tablets. Each device submits one participant's confirmed move, and the server settles the round from those two inputs.

The camera never settles a move by itself. It proposes one gesture to that participant, who confirms it or selects the correct move. Frames and hand landmarks stay on the device and are not retained.
