Event Formats
The 5-Minute Icebreaker
Perfect for the start of a meeting, conference session, or workshop. Everyone stands up, pairs off, plays one round. Losers sit down. Winners find new opponents. Repeat until one champion remains. Takes about 3 to 5 minutes for groups up to 200.
The Full Tournament (30-60 min)
A structured bracket tournament with best-of-3 matches, a visible bracket board, and a dramatic final round. This is the best format for team-building days, company parties, or conference social events.
- 32 players: about 30 minutes
- 64 players: about 45 minutes
- 128 players: about 60 minutes
Department vs. Department
Teams of 5 from each department. Each team member plays one match. Best of 5 matches determines the winning department. Creates cross-team rivalry and camaraderie simultaneously.
Championship Series
For recurring events: run monthly tournaments with points accumulation. The annual champion is crowned at the year-end event. This builds sustained engagement and a company RPS culture.
