RPS Local is the in-person surface. Players use phones or tablets, the app rotates them through matches and one organizer can operate standard play without assembling a separate referee crew.

Machine learning proposes the result. A correction is accepted only when both players agree; neither player can unilaterally replace the settled call. Camera storage is off by default and requires separate, specific consent.
